How much are customs duties?

When you receive your shipmentWhen you receive your order, you may have to pay customs duties. Daxon.com is unable to determine the cost of these duties ahead of time (they are calculated differently for each country).
To find out how much you will be expected to pay, contact the Customs Office in your country.

When will my shipmentorder be delivered?

Daxon.com uses UPS for its shipments.

Daxon.com uses UPS to deliver it’s orders.

There are two delivery times:

  • For Europe and the US, you can expect your package within 2 to 3 days.
  • For everywhere else, delivery time is between 3 and 5 days (if your items are in stock and all information provided is correct).

Your shipmentorder will arrive at the delivery address you provided when ordering. UPS will make three delivery attempts. If they are unable to deliver your package, they will contact you by phone or email. If you do not respond within 48 hours, your package will be automatically returned to us.

You can track your shipmentorder by clicking on the tracking link provided in the UPS confirmation email you receive. You will be redirected to the UPS website, where you can enter your shipment number (provided in the confirmation email).

Which company will deliver my shipmentorder?

We work with UPS for their high-quality service and fast delivery times.

How much are shipping fees?HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We charge a shipping and handling fee of €5.95 per order (even if items are shipped separately).

We charge £3.95 per order for delivery to the UK, even if your items are shipped separately. It costs €5.95 per order for all other countries outside of the UK & France.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. How do I know my order was received?

As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive an email order confirmation.

However, an incorrect email address could prevent this email from getting to you.

To be sure that your order was received, simply go to "My account / My orders"“My Account” and click on “My Orders” from the homepage to check that your items appear.

How do I track my shipmentorder?

You can track your shipment by clicking on the tracking link provided in the UPS confirmation email you receive. You will be redirected to the UPS website, where you can enter your shipment number (provided in the confirmation email).

The delivery company tried delivering my package several times, but I was unavailable. How can I get my package?

UPS will make three delivery attempts: the initial delivery attempt, followed by an attempt on each of the two following days. If they are unable to deliver the package, they will contact you to schedule a delivery. If UPS is unable to reach you after 48 hours, the package will be returned to Daxon.com

How long do I have to return my item(s)?

If you are not fully satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within 30 days from receipt for a full refund.

How do I make a return?

Daxon.com offers you the possibility to have a home pick-up by UPS.

If you are not fully satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within 30 days from receipt for a full refund directly on your account.

You must indicate which items you want to return. After you schedule a pick-up with UPS, they will pick up your package within 72 hours. The home order return fee (€10.90) will be automatically deducted from your item refund.

Daxon.com will arrange for any returns to be collected from your home by a UPS courier.

If you are not fully satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within 30 days from receipt of the goods for a full refund. Your refund will be applied to the card you paid with.

Please indicate which item(s) you would like to return, the quantity you are returning & the reason why on the Delivery Note supplied in your parcel. UPS Courier Collections are completely free.

How will I be refunded?

If you paid by bank card, your account will be credited for the price of the item returned, minus the €10.90 return fee.

Your refund will be made to the card that you originally paid with.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will issue your refund within 30 days of when our warehouse receives your returned item(s). On average, refunds take about 7 days from receipt at our warehouse.
